It’s nice to hang out with people of different cultures from all over the world. We just got one of these when the client hired us to organize a big celebration.
Private dinner at a vacation house
About 50 people from all over the world gathered at the party. The guests were entertained by a band, and our task was to prepare food for them to remember.
The setting was an enchanting estate, one of the most beautiful where we have done catering. The beautiful house, large garden and swimming pool impressed us right away.
A challenging menu
We had to come up with dishes that would satisfy a diverse audience. The emphasis was on meat and fish, but we had to prepare vegan and halal dishes for some of the guests.
Also, the dishes were composed of exclusive ingredients with an emphasis on the Mediterranean and Istria.
It seems to us that the guests were most excited by fish and seafood. Favorites were shrimp and sea bass, but other fish specialties were not far behind.
Also, the guests had the opportunity to enjoy meat specialties, of which the rump steak and chicken with grilled vegetables stand out.
Private dinner at a vacation house was stunning experience and we would gladly repeat it. We thanks our clients for the trust.
