Kvarner delicacies
For the appetizer, we served the best foods that Kvarner and Croatia can offer. Charceturie board consisted of a selection of the best cheeses, prosciutto, sausages…We added fruits and nuts to complete the impression.
The star of the evening belongs to homemade pasta. We decided on a simple version with tomato sauce that delighted the guests.
True gourmets always appreciate delicacies, so it was the same this time. Beef cheeks belong to the dish that surprised and intrigued the most.
