Private dinner experience in a holiday home
For a 7-day long vacation, they chose a vacation house. Immediately upon arrival, we were impressed by the fantastic holiday home. The first thing we saw was the sea view that left us speechless.
The interior of the house is equally impressive, and our clients also enjoyed the large swimming pool.
Kvarner and Croatian specialties
Our clients gave us freedom in creating the menu. For them we presented local food in a modern way with the addition of some gourmet specialties.
The first dish we served was pea and celery soup. Although they were a little skeptical at first, the guests really enjoyed this appetizer. After the first successful meal, everything continued in that tone until the end of this beautiful evening.
One of our specialties that we are always happy to prepare are beef cheeks. This time we decided to make it a little more complicated, so we added teriyaki sauce and hydrated raspberries. The side dish was potatoes, and it seems to us that this dish was the favorite of the evening.
