We were hired by a happy company for a private dinner. Since they are food lovers, we prepared meals in courses with local specialties. This is the continuation of a series of private dinners in recent years and confirmation that they have become a hit among tourists and locals.

This is exactly what these ladies got and they wanted the emphasis to be on fish and seafood.
Fish and seafood delicacies
For beautiful ladies we prepared a 3-course dinner with an emphasis on local specialties.
The company was ready to get to know local food, which always makes us happy. To begin with, the istrian charcuterie boards immediately pleased them visually. It was full with the best products of what this beautiful region has to offer, namely prosciutto, cheese, sausages…
After the appetizers, they enjoyed seafood, and the menu included pasta with prawns. This dish was a greeting from the kitchen and a bonus from us, and they really liked the taste and presentation.
We continued in that tone since the main dish was sea bass with grilled vegetables.
At the end of the dinner, tiramisu was on the table of these wonderful ladies.
