When these ladies booked a private lunch, they had no idea what was in store for them. They were so friendly and delightful that we decided to treat them to something special.
They were absolutely thrilled with the food, and it was a pleasure for us to bring such a lovely group of ladies so much joy.
Cooking in a luxury villa
The house the ladies rented truly impressed us. It is one of the most luxurious homes where we’ve had the opportunity to cook. The courtyard and the massive pool—wrapping around two sides of the house—are a rare sight indeed.
Private lunch experience
We prepare dishes according to our clients’ wishes, and the ladies wanted to try local cuisine. For the appetizers, we prepared local platters —the very best Croatia has to offer.
The finest homemade cheese, prosciutto, homemade sausages with rosemary and truffles, green and black olives…
We also served polenta with feta cheese, which delighted our guests. We surprised our girls with homemade tuna pâté, and the girls really liked it.
Our team of chefs also served a selection of spreads, hummus and guacamole with homemade bread.
One of the main dishes was homemade pasta pljukanci with istrian ox beef boškarin. The girls liked the pasta and said that the meat was soft and juicy.
For dessert, our pastry chef prepared fudge with forest fruit topping and vanilla ice cream.
