A cheerful and respectable team gathered on vacation in Croatia. They decided to hire us for a private dinner. We were given the task of cooking for about 15 people.
In order for our guests to completely relax, in addition to food, we also took care of drinks, decorations, service and cleaning.

Private dinners have experienced a real boom in recent years in the world. People love them because they get a unique gastronomic experience in the comfort of their home, holiday home, yacht or apartment.

Kvarner specialties
The emphasis was on mediterranean specialties with an emphasis on Kvarner and Istria. We started dinner with a cold appetizer.
Smoked tuna with teriyaki sauce and citrus emulsion stimulated well the appetite of those present.
Our version of pastrami kept the guests interested enough to continue the dinner.
The highlight of the dinner was a modern version of a local dish. We decided to prepare homemade pasta with beef for our dear guests.
Private dinner in Kvarner went great. Thanks to our guests for their compliments on our culinary creations. It was a pleasure to cook and we look forward to future gatherings.
