Another in a series of private dinners is behind us! Private dinners are always a professional challenge for us.
In addition to the classic gastronomic experience, this last dinner we did had an addition in the form of a celebration or a party, since the guests were entertained by music from an excellent band.
The occasion was a birthday celebration, which is the most common reason for holding a private dinner.
Private dinner in a holiday home
The client hired us to prepare catering and meals in sequences for about 50 people. On our part, this required a serious commitment that included a chef, an assistant chef, waiters, servers and bartenders.
The company was from all over the world, from a couple of continents, so that required the menu to be diverse (fish and meat) with halal and vegan specialties included.
Private dinner menu
The private dinner had 4 courses. It consisted of a hot and cold appetizer, grill and dessert.
The meat menu prevailed, with the fact that vegan specialties, halal and gluten-free dishes were prepared for a significant part of the guests.
