We usually do catering for events, weddings and celebrations. Most often, it is a buffet, but we also do dishes in courses and canapés. Catering can include food, drinks, sweet table, service…
This time it was a conference on entrepreneurship, which gathered about 20 participants.
Small bites
Our task was to prepare small snacks for the participants and lecturers of the event. The participants thus enjoyed cheese, prosciutto, pancetta and homemade sausages.
They especially liked the sandwiches with boškarin, which were the hit of the evening. Sandwiches with grilled vegetables were also on the menu for this catering in Rijeka.
