Party catering inspired us to try some new dishes. It can be said that our hosts are food lovers. It’s a great opportunity to try new flavors and surprise lovers of good food and drinks with our creations.
Birthday celebration
The client hired us to provide catering for his birthday. Specifically, the task was to prepare food, drinks, decorations and service for 25 people.
We also provided the equipment and the space was decorated with flowers and balloons. As for food, we have prepared a combination of small snacks and a hot buffet.
Local delicacies
The catering table was full of different dishes. The guests were pleasantly surprised by the amount and variety of dishes. Meat and fish specialties were equally represented at the catering.
Local charcuterie board includes a selection of cheeses, prosciutto, sausage and olives.
The birthday guests were delighted by the polenta with prawns and the tartare cones, which had stunning presentation.
The hot buffet consisted of two dishes: istrian ox beef boškarin and beef cheeks with side dishes.
Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy mixed salads and mozzarella tomatoes.
We must not forget the squids, which everyone present had the opportunity to enjoy.
Party catering was outstanding. Thanks our clients for oppurtunity to express ourselves in a unique way.
